Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
The meaning of this affix is 'Subject Vb incessantly', or 'all the time', or similar.
It is productive nowadays; older dictionaries such as Kleinschmidt [SK71] and Schultz-Lorentzen [CWSL58] instead give a variant form, V{(t)tuinnaq}V, which however does not appear to be used productively nowadays, since it does not appear in Oqaatsit [CBBJRPIKJR97].
Left sandhi:
Left sandhi is inherited from the left-most component, V{juaq}V. See this for details.
Inflection sandhi:
Inflection sandhi is inherited from the right-most component, V{-(g)innaq}V. See this for details.
