Semantic categorisation

In his affix list [18], Michael Fortescue introduces a grouping of affixes with related meanings. This classification was taken up and further extended by Nielsen in his combined grammar and affix list [11]. I have added these tags to the affix collection in MOFO as well, based on Nielsen's work.
