This stem is not mentioned in the newer dictionary Oqaatsit [CBBJRPIKJR97]. However, according to Kleinschmidt [SK71], it denotes a so-called 'kayak stool', which is a kind of small scaffold in front of the man, on which the harpoon line ({{ mref(kl/base/n/aləq) }}) lies.
