This is the ergative unmarked plural ending used on up-declined stems (generally: regular/strong stems). For the ending used on p-declined stems (weak stems) see N{t}.

Note that this ending always is equal to the absolutive 2sg/sg possessive ending, and to the absolutive plural ending.
