This is the possessive locative 1pl/sg ending, denoting 'in our N'. It is built from the 1pl person marker {mtə}, cf. the ergative possessive marker N{mta}, and the pure prepositional locative marker {ni}. An extra consonant appears between them, but it is not clear what this consonant is.
