Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
According to [MFSJLK10], this morpheme denotes 'repeated' or 'prolonged' action. The authors note it is probably from an unattested g-initial morpheme {*gur}. The initial /g/ may be seen in some lexicalised words in the daughter languages, e.g. in Kalaallisut, cf. V{-uq}V, where it also appears as {guq}.
