Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
The meaning of this affix is 'be quick to'. It has only come down into West and East Canadian Inuktitut. The authors of [MFSJLK10] suggest it might be from +{car}V, but with the second component unknown.
Note: According to [MFSJLK10] The /c/ represents an alveolar plosive 'tj' sound, rather than [ʃ] as in Kalaallisut.
