Description
Form and usage:
According to Fortescue et al. (2010), this morpheme is formed through a combination of {ŋit-} (lack/is without) and {liqə-}, the latter of which is the source of the modern day affix N{-lirə}V (with a rather different meaning).
The affix listed as -ileĸivoĸ in Schultz-Lorentzen (1958), however nowadays it does not seem to be used productively on its own, except in combination with nominal future affix N{kcaq}N.
For the productive form, see the variant N{kcailiqə}V instead.
