Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
This affix is a straightforward combination of N{siuq}V, here in the sense of 'celebrate N', and V{(l)luaq}V, 'good/well'. Hence, the meaning is also straightforward: 'celebrate well' or 'has a good celebration of N'. This is in particular used with the imperative mood to wish someone marry N, e.g. marry Christmas! and similar.
Right sandhi:
Right sandhi is inherited from the right-most component, V{(l)luaq}V. See this for details.
