Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
This affix is neither found in the Comparative Eskimo Dictionary, nor in Schultz-Lorentzen (1958), so the etymology is unknown. It is seemingly primarily used with verb stems related to size, and denotes 'one that is rather Vb'ing', so it can be regarded as a specialised variant of the intransitive participle V{ðuq}N with these particular stems. However, it does not appear to be very productive.

Declension pattern
Declension type: | p-declined |
Declension sandhi: | Default/none |
Notes on declension:
I have not seen any examples of this affix used with endings, except the absolutive singular. Hence, I simply assume it is p-declined, in the absence of further information. Therefore, I do not give a full inflection pattern, until this can be verified.
