Form and usage:

This affix is a verbal variant of N{ŋŋuaq}N, '(cute) little N'. The verbal meaning is similarly 'Vb a little'. It may sometimes be used ironically. It can also have connotations of affection/comfort (similar to the nominal variant N{ŋŋuaq}N).
