According to Schultz-Lorentzen [16], the meaning of this affix is 'Subject Vb enormously'. Thus, it appears to be used as a verbal variant of the nominal affix N{-rujukcuaq}N. However, it is not mentioned in other dictionaries, so it is presumably not used productively.
