Form and usage:

This affix is a combination of V{ŋŋuaq}V and V{tciaq}V; according to Kleinschmidt [SK71] actually denoting 'somewhat, a bit'. However, it is used in a different sense: 'seemingly', 'as far as one (the speaker) can see', or 'knows' etc.
