Notes on declension:

According to the Comparative Eskimo Dictionary [MFSJLK10], the historical form of this stem is {nuliʀ(aʀ)}, with the parenthetical (aʀ) segment indicating that this part may not always be present. In particular, it drops before vowel-initial endings, especially N{-a} and the archaic absolutive 4sg/sg ending N{'-i}. Note that the latter, which is normally geminating, does not cause gemination with this stem: thus nulii, or alternatively nuliani.
