Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
This stem has two different meanings:
- According to Kleinschmidt [SK71] and Schultz-Lorentzen [CWSL58], the meaning of this stem is 'things/items that belong to someone or something', for example the tools and equipment that pertain to a kayak.
- In the newer dictionary Oqaatsit [CBBJRPIKJR97], it is translated as 'furniture' (or perhaps, in a more general sense 'belongings/possessions').
It is commonly used with a possessive ending.
