Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
The meaning of this stem is: 'Agent cannot manage/accomplish Patient', in any sense of the word.
This could mean to accomplish a task, to overcome some difficulty, or even to lift/carry something.
According to Kleinschmidt [SK71], if the stem is used intransitively, the meaning becomes reflexive, i.e. 'Agent=Patient=Actor` cannot manage/accomplish himself'.
This could also refer to e.g. a bird, that cannot manage to lift itself (off the land, the sea etc).
He also does not mention a HTR-form, and neither does any of the other dictionaries, which suggests that this stem is never used with a HTR-morpheme.
