Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
The meaning of this stem is 'Actor burns' or 'smokes' (because it is burning).
Note that Kleinschmidt [SK71] does not list this stem, but instead only has {əkət}V, with a closely related meaning.
However, there seems to be a slight difference in meaning:
The present stem indicates that Actor is burning (e.g. some vegetation); whereas {əkət}V contains a causative morpheme, so that rather seems to indicate that the Actor has been set alight (and therefore now is burning).
