This particle, used as an interjection, expresses 'thanks!' or 'thank you' etc. Optionally, the item one is thankful for, can be added in the allative case, e.g. kaffimut qujanaq, 'thanks for the coffee'. In colloquial speech, the exclamation is often shortened to just qujan'.
