Description
Form and usage:
This affix is probably rarely used intransitively without a HTR-morpheme. In Fortescue et al. (2010), the authors note that it gets an avalent, reflexive meaning, 'there are/have come N' when used in this form.
Left sandhi:The affix is truncative and regularly shows replacivity on stems ending in /tÉ™/, and also (especially in lexicalised combinations with aq-dropping stems. It may also assibilate a following /t/.
