Form and usage:
This is a straightforward combination of V{galuaq}V and V{ssa}V, but with an unusual meaning:
Kleinschmidt [9] gives the following translation: "now, Subject shall Vb (let us see what comes of it)".
The ordering in this combination is unusual: The usual ordering would be V{ssa}V{galuaq}V with the expected meaning 'shall Vb, but...', or rather 'should Vb, but...'. We therefore record this as a separate combination.
