This is a straightforward combination of V{llak}V + V{-tuaq}V, with seemingly the same meaning as the latter.


Meanings and examples

    I.e., he is visiting for once.

  • nerillatuarpoq, he gets something to eat for once [14]
  • anillatuarpoq, he gets out, for once [11]
  • itillatuaraangami qialeraraaq, whenever it (the child) finally wakes up, it (habitually) cries [11]

    From iterpoq, 'he wakes up', and with the iterative 4sg ending. The main verb is from qiavoq, 'he cries' and with V{-liq}V, 'begin to', and V{ðarə}V denoting habitual/recurrent action.
