Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
According to the examples in Oqaatsit [14], the meaning of this affix is 'it takes a long time for Subject to Vb'.
It is not found in older dictionaries.
It is clearly a combined affix, and the first segment appears to be V{yumaaq}V, 'shall eventually Vb'.
The second part is unclear.
Left sandhi:
Left sandhi is inherited from the left-most component, V{yumaaq}V. See this for details.
