Form and usage:

Schultz-Lorentzen [11] translates this affix as 'unusually'. However, the examples in Oqaatsit [14] suggest that the meaning rather should be 'hard', or perhaps 'unusually hard'. Note also the composite affix V{-ruluuq}V, which seems to be used in the same sense.
