Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
This affix is a variant of N{lŋu}V, but here used on verbal stems.
It is mentioned in older dictionaries, but not in newer ones, e.g. Oqaatsit [19], so it is presumably not productive.
The meaning seems to be 'Subject feels bad about Vb'ing', and in case the stem is divalent, it appears to reduce the valency by dropping the Patient, so the meaning is always active.
