Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
This affix is a combination of the negation affix V{ŋŋit}V, and a non-productive morpheme V{-suŋaq}V, which seems to mean 'almost/nearly'.
Strangely, the present affix has the same meaning, despite containing a negation; i.e. according to Nielsen [FAJN19], the meaning of the present affix is 'Agent almost/nearly Vb Patient' with a dramatic element.
Meanings and examples
According to Nielsen [FAJN19], with a dramatic element.
- angunngisungarpaa, he almost caught up with him

[CBBJRPIKJR97]
From tikippaa, 'he reaches it'.
