Form and usage:

This stem is a combination of {pisiaq}N + N{-gə}V. The meaning of {pisiaq}N with possessive endings is 'something bought by Possessor'. As usual with N{-gə}V, it can express the same as a possessive ending, but in verbal form. Thus, the meaning of the present combination becomes 'Agent buys/has bought Patient'.

Note that, despite being derived with N{-gə}V, the present stem does not appear to be used with a HTR-morpheme. At least, none of the dictionaries [SK71], [CWSL58], [CBBJRPIKJR97] record one. Instead, {pisi}V appears to be used when an intransitive form is desired.
