Form and usage:
From the examples given in Oqaatsit [19], the meaning of this affix is 'Agent asks/encourages Patient to Vb with him=Agent'.
The affix does not appear in any of the older dictionaries; the first appearance I have found is in Oqaatsit [19] from 1997, so it must be recently formed.
Meanings and examples
- aneqatiseraa, he asks him, if he wants to go outside (with him)

From anivoq, 'he exits; goes outside'.
- angalaqatiseraa, he encourages him to travel (with him)
