Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
This is a straightforward combination of negation V{ŋŋit}V and V{gallaq}V. It has two meanings:
- The general meaning is '
Subjectdoes not yet Vb', and, if preceded by V{ssa}V, 'shall/must not yet'. - When used in the causative mood, it expresses 'before
SubjectVb'ed', similar to how V{gallaq}V is used to express 'during' in this mood, so see this for examples.
Inflection sandhi:
Inflection sandhi is inherited from the right-most component, V{gallaq}V. See this for details.
