Description and behaviour
Form and usage:
This is a variant of V{surə}V with no difference in meaning. See that variant for a description of its meaning, usage, and examples.
Left sandhi:
Schultz-Lorentzen (1958) mentions the form atúsángitsoralugo (new orthography: atussanngitsoralugu), where V{surə}V seemingly does not assimilate the final /t/ of V{ŋŋit}V. It is unclear whether this behaviour is optional or mandatory, and whether it affects all t-stems and t(ə)-stems or only V{ŋŋit}V. Presumably, the present variant has the same behaviour.
